PHP contracted to fund and acquire a purpose built primary care centre (“PCC”) in Bray, County Wicklow in July 2018 and the PCC reached practical completion in April 2020. Two-thirds of the rent roll is contracted to the Health Service Executive, who will use the centre for the delivery of a wide range of health services including public health nursing, dental, dietetics, psychology, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy and adult mental health services. The other tenants include a GP practice, a pharmacy, a coffee shop and car park operator.
