Podcast – Investor’s Chronicle
Our CEO, Mark Davies, joined Lord Lee of Trafford and Alex Newman on the “Lee and The IC” podcast in April. He reflected on PHP’s evolution since becoming CEO, including the landmark combination with Assura, our strong partnership with the NHS, and the long‑term investment case for PHP as a £6bn healthcare‑focused REIT.
The episode is available for playback via Investors’ Chronicle, as well as Apple, Spotify and YouTube.
Opening the London Stock Exchange
PHP is proud to celebrate 30 years as a listed company on the London Stock Exchange, marking our evolution into the UK’s leading investor in critical healthcare infrastructure. This milestone reflects our long‑standing commitment to supporting the NHS to provide essential healthcare services while delivering returns for our shareholders. Our Founder and Chair, Harry Hyman, was joined by members of the Board and others to open the Market to mark this milestone.
PHP polling shows priorities for neighbourhood health centres
In early 2026, PHP released national polling showing strong support for in‑person GP access and growing demand for integrated Neighbourhood Health Centres (NHCs). 93% of those surveyed wanted in-person access to their GP and 82% supported the concept of NHCs. But the findings highlighted issues with the current estate with 22% believing their GP surgeries have no place for expansion, and 9% saying facilities are already too small for current needs.
30 years of PHP
PHP is proud to mark 30 years as a listed company on the London Stock Exchange; a milestone that reflects our long-term commitment to investing in modern, accessible primary care facilities. Since joining the market in 1996, we’ve grown into a £6bn business with over 1,100 healthcare buildings. Our story also includes our expansion in Ireland and our recent acquisition of Assura PLC.
