This single-storey, detached medical centre was purpose built in 1998, on a greenfield site as part of a housing development. It is based in Kings Lynn, Norfolk, on the southern edge of the village of Watlington, adjacent to a modern development, and involved land reclamation.

Watlington is a large rural village approximately 7.5 miles south of King's Lynn, surrounded by scattered villages and open farmland.
