The surgery at Eaglescliffe provides enhanced space for both the existing practice, together with expanded facilities for the PCT-provided services.

The development houses the existing partnership of General Practitioners and offers a wider range of both GP and PCT services for over 8000 patients in the local community, has been fully supported by the North Tees Teaching Primary Care Trust.  

The new building includes an extensive GP surgery with accommodation for GPs, nurse practitioners, healthcare assistants and related clinical staff as well as a PCT community clinic with group spaces for activities such as parent and child sessions and meeting/training spaces including a library and group room.
